Santi Cazorla and Juan Mata caught up as they attended a Real Oviedo game over the weekend away from the Premier League
Juan Mata seemed to be in good spirits as he posed for a picture with Santi Cazorla during some time away from Manchester United duty over the weekend.
Mata has been enjoying some time away from the Premier League club during the international break after he wasn’t included in the Spain squad for their games.
The playmaker took the chance to visit Real Oviedo, the Spanish club where he began his youth career way back in 1998.
And the Manchester United man seemed happy to be catching up with Arsenal star Cazorla, who was also in attendance.
Cazorla has been out of action for most of the season for Arsenal after suffering an ankle injury and requiring surgery to correct the problem last year.
The Spaniard is widely considered to be one of Arsenal’s best players but the playmaker has been sorely missed by the Gunners this season following the north London side’s disappointing slump in form in recent weeks.
