JUST LIKE HOME JUAN MATA, ANDER HERRERA AND DAVID DE GEA HEAD OUT FOR TAPAS AS MANCHESTER UNITED’S SPANISH STARS PREPARE FOR THE EUROPA LEAGUE

Jose Mourinho’s men stopped off to feast on small savoury Spanish dishes ahead of their Europa League clash against St-Etienne.

David De Gea looked into the restaurant they ate in alongside Ander Herrera

The Spain internationals headed to Tapeo & Wine in Manchester city centre on Wednesday afternoon.

 

Mata, 28, wore a brown jacket over a black jumper, with De Gea sporting a colourful T shirt and hoodie whilst Herrera rocked a green bomber jacket over a white top.

 

It turns out the trio were all at the restaurant’s launch party in May last year – along with teammates Daley Blind, Guillermo Varela and Matteo Darmian – with Stoke’s Spanish players Marc Munesia, Bojan Krkic and Joselu.

De Gea rocked a blue jumper and colourful top whilst Herrera wore a green jacket

The reason why such star studded appeared at the restaurant’s opening is because Mata and his father Juan Manuel Mata Rodriguez are backing restaurant owners Natalia Esquerdo and Nacho Perez.

 

Speaking about the restaurant on the launch day, Mata said: “I’m really excited about the launch of Tapeo & Wine.

 

“There’s great Spanish food, drinks and a great atmosphere. I can’t wait for the people of Manchester to come down and try it
